The Bright Light Awards Ceremony 2023
the BLAC awards in partnership with the RAF presents the 2023 Honours of distinction candidates lifetime achievement at a gala held at the Decorium in London. Eddy will be one of the guest speakers. Tickets available from www.blac.org.uk

ACHA ‘s darkness into light event which explores the theme of triumph of light over darkness and the hope for renewal and warmth during the coldest and darkest time of the year. Black History Month: Remember Together
The event focuses on remembering those that have served and sacrificed from diverse communities. Eddy is attending as a guest of honour for the National Windrush Museum and will be passing over a symbolic lantern that represents the Windrush generation from London to Bristol and will say a few words about the role John Smythe played.
